In Collage Strips II, movement becomes more expansive, almost gestural. The central form unfolds with greater fluidity, while colour strips intersect the surface like traces of direction or memory — not decorative, but structural.

The use of recycled canvas fragments adds texture and history, subtly visible beneath layers of resin, acrylic, and spray paint. The piece holds tension between solidity and motion, between what anchors and what propels forward. The background remains intentionally soft and unreal, enhancing the presence of the central form without competing with it.

This work was created as a companion to Collage Strips I — two pieces designed to converse through colour, rhythm, and shared material origins — yet each stands confidently on its own.
